The ITIL® Foundation training course looks at the glossary and content of the ITIL framework and, in particular, the Service Lifecycle approach and the processes therein. The course prepares the participants for the exam ITIL Foundation certificate in IT Service Management.
The Foundation level is a prerequisite to continue with the following levels of qualification.

The course familiarises participants with the content of the ITIL Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transitions, Service Operation and Continual Service Improvement books.
A particular attention is paid to the development of a culture oriented to the service in IT organizations.
To be able to take the exam, it's required to have read and accepted the terms and conditions of the examination institute. The acceptance of such terms and conditions will have to be confirmed when taking the exam.
