The ITIL Operational Support and Analysis training course examines in-depth the concepts, processes and methods provided for in a series of processes in the Service Lifecycle, in particular those useful for the supply and management of services in production (Service Operation phases of the Service Lifecycle).
A questionnaire with 8 (eight) multiple choice questions.
Each question has 4 possible answers with one worth 5 (five) and the others worth 3 (three), 1 (one) and 0 (zero) respectively. The pass mark for the exam is 28/40 or 70%.
The exam lasts for 90 minutes for candidates who take it in their mother tongue. Candidates who take the exam in their non-native language have 120 minutes for the exam and may use a dictionary.
