Qu'est-ce que ITIL® 4 Plan, Implement and Control ?
ITIL 4 Specialist: Plan, Implement and Control (ITIL 4 PIC) est le deuxième groupe du parcours ITIL 4 Practice Manager à être publié. Il inclut cinq pratiques individuelles :
- Examen ITIL 4 Practitioner: Change Enablement
- Examen ITIL 4 Practitioner: Deployment Management
- Examen ITIL 4 Practitioner: Release Management
- Examen ITIL 4 Practitioner: IT Asset Management
- Examen ITIL 4 Practitioner: Service Configuration Management
Comment obtenir la qualification ITIL 4 Specialist: Plan, Implement and Control ?
Pour obtenir la certification ITIL® 4 Specialist: Plan, Implement, and Control, vous pouvez simplement réussir l'examen combiné ITIL 4 Plan, Implement, and Control. Alternativement, si vous réussissez les cinq examens individuels ITIL 4 Practitioner du groupe, vous recevrez un certificat séparé pour chaque examen réussi (certificat ITIL 4 Practitioner: Change Enablement, ITIL 4 Practitioner: IT Asset Management, etc.).
Pour chacun de ces examens, iLEARN fournit le cours de formation ITIL 4 Specialist : Plan, Implement and Control correspondant avec examen inclus, en différentes modalités : auto-apprentissage en ligne, à distance (virtuel) ou en salle. iLEARN fournit également le simulateur d'examen ITIL Plan, Implement, and Control pour vous aider à vous préparer de manière efficace dans votre parcours de certification vers l'ITIL 4 PIC.
Et comment devenir un ITIL Practice Manager ? En plus de compléter le groupe ITIL 4 Specialist : Plan, Implement and Control (ou les modules ITIL 4 Specialist : Monitor, Support and Fulfil et ITIL 4 Specialist : Collaborate, Assure and Improve), les étudiants doivent également obtenir la certification ITIL® 4 Specialist : Create, Deliver and Support (Créer, Fournir et Soutenir).
Les certifications ITIL 4 Specialist: Plan, Implement and Control et ITIL 4 Practice Manager sont-elle obligatoires pour compléter le schéma de certification ITIL 4 ?
Pour compléter l'intégralité du schéma de certification ITIL 4, il est essentiel de posséder la qualification ITIL 4 Practice Manager en plus des qualifications ITIL 4 Managing Professional et ITIL 4 Strategic Leader. Une fois ces trois qualifications obtenues, vous pourrez finaliser le schéma d'ITIL 4, vous permettant ainsi de devenir éligible pour la prestigieuse certification ITIL 4 Master.
