ITIL® Intermediate Courses
ITIL Intermediate certification courses provided by iLEARN
The ITIL® v3 (often referred also as ITIL 2011) Intermediate level qualification is the next stage, following Foundation, in the ITIL® v3 scheme. It has a modular structure with each module providing a different focus on IT Service Management. You can take as few or as many Intermediate qualifications as you need. The Intermediate modules go into more detail than the Foundation level, and provide an industry-recognized qualification.
The modules within the ITIL® v3 Intermediate level are divided into two categories – Service Lifecycle and Service Capability.
Candidates can choose to concentrate on one of the two areas, Service Lifecycle or Service capability, completing all of the modules. Alternatively, they can choose single modules form both areas to come up with a tailor made training plan. The iLEARN experts have all the necessary competencies to help you plan the best training pathway for you.
It is recommended that you have prior exposure to basic concepts in IT and at least two years’ professional experience working in IT Service Management before undertaking any of the ITIL Intermediary modules.
