ITIL® Planning Protection and Optimization exam (all languages) online exam provided by iLEARN Innovative Learning
The ITIL Planning Protection and Optimization training course looks in-depth at the principles and methods provided for in a series of processes in the Service Lifecycle, in particular those useful for the design and optimization of IT Services (Service Design phase of the Service Lifecycle).
Details of ITIL PPO online exam
A questionnaire with 8 (eight) multiple choice questions.
Each question has 4 possible answers with one worth 5 (five) and the others worth 3 (three), 1 (one) and 0 (zero) respectively. The pass mark for the exam is 28/40 or 70%.
The exam lasts for 90 minutes for candidates who take it in their mother tongue. Candidates who take the exam in their non-native language have 120 minutes for the exam and may use a dictionary.

N.B.: ITIL® v3 Intermediate exams IN ENGLISH will be discontinued from 1st January 2022. For this reason, starting from this date, iLEARN will not provide anymore training courses and voucher codes to obtain the certifications in English. For the moment courses and exams in the other languages remain available.

To pass the ITIL Planning Protection and Optimization exam, you must have one of the following certificates:
- ITIL Foundation (2007 o 2011)
- ITIL v2 Foundation + v3 Foundation Bridge
After having purchased and paid for the course, they will be asked to send the certificate.
The following are also advisable:
- between 2-4 years experience in the field of IT Service Management
- knowledge of Planning Protection and Optimization management in your own organisation.
