Details of ITIL Service Strategy online exam
A questionnaire with 8 (eight) multiple choice questions.
Each question has 4 possible answers with one worth 5 (five) and the others worth 3 (three), 1 (one) and 0 (zero) respectively. The pass mark for the exam is 28/40 or 70%.
The exam lasts for 90 minutes for candidates who take it in their mother tongue. Candidates who take the exam in their non-native language have 120 minutes for the exam and may use a dictionary.

N.B.: ITIL® v3 Intermediate exams IN ENGLISH will be discontinued from 1st January 2022. For this reason, starting from this date, iLEARN will not provide anymore training courses and voucher codes to obtain the certifications in English. For the moment courses and exams in the other languages remain available.

To pass the ITIL Service Strategy exam you must have completed an accredited course and have one of the following certificates:
- ITIL Foundation (2007 o 2011)
- ITIL v2 Foundation + v3 Foundation Bridge
After having purchased and paid for the course, they will be asked to send the certificates.
