The ITIL® Service Strategy training course looks in-depth at the concepts, processes and methods set out in the Service Strategy phase (definition of the strategy for IT services) of the Service Lifecycle.
ITIL SERVICE STRATEGY CERTIFICATION
The ITIL Service Strategy certification is automatically achieved after passing the ITIL Service Strategy exam. The ITIL Service Strategy course provides an optimal preparation to pass the exam and, therefore, to obtain the certification.

ITIL SERVICE STRATEGY (ITIL SS) COURSE
The course prepares the participants for the exam ITIL Service Strategy.
N.B.: ITIL® v3 Intermediate exams IN ENGLISH will be discontinued from 1st January 2022. For this reason, starting from this date, iLEARN will not provide anymore training courses and voucher codes to obtain the certifications in English.
