To be able to take part to the courses, the student must have one of the following prerequisites:
Prerequisite to take part to the ITIL MALC course: have 15 credits * from the Service Lifecycle or Service Capability training pathway exams.
After have purchased and paid the courses, you should send the certificate / certificates.
To be able to take the exam, it is necessary to have read and accepted the terms and conditions of examination institute. The acceptance of such terms and conditions will have to be confirmed when taking the exam.
