A questionnaire with 8 (eight) multiple choice questions.
Each question has 4 possible answers with one worth 5 (five) and the others worth 3 (three), 1 (one) and 0 (zero) respectively. The pass mark for the exam is 28/40 or 70%.
The exam lasts for 90 minutes for candidates who take it in their mother tongue. Candidiates who take the exam in their non-native language have 120 minutes for the exam and may use a dictionary.
To pass the ITIL Continual Service Improvement exam you must have completed an accredited course and have one of the following certificates:
After having purchased and paid for the exam, they will be asked to send the certificates.
To be able to take the exam, it is necessary to have read and accepted the terms and conditions of the examination institute. The acceptance of such terms and conditions will have to be confirmed when taking the exam.
