As all other courses offered by iLEARN, these courses are taught by qualified and certified teachers and they are developed from practical experience in the implementation of IT Service Management in organizations of all sizes and sectors.
The ITSM roles courses can be followed in different ways:
- on pre-scheduled dates (traditional classroom training at iLEARN premises)
- in-house (traditional classroom training scheduled based on client needs and at customer's or iLEARN premises)
- Distant-learning (following a remote classroom by means of a webconference)
