Rekvalifikácia ITIL: ako si obnoviť certifikát

V rámci programu Continuous Professional Development Programme, ktorý vytvorila spoločnosť PeopleCert, je potrebné certifikáty ITIL obnoviť do troch rokov od dátumu udelenia certifikátu.

Kedy si musím obnoviť certifikát ITIL?

Kandidáti si musia obnoviť certifikát ITIL do troch rokov od dátumu vydania certifikátu.
Dátum skončenia platnosti vášho certifikátu ITIL môžete zistiť po prihlásení sa do svojho konta PeopleCert.

Ako si môžem obnoviť certifikát ITIL?

Môžete si vybrať z rôznych spôsobov, ako si udržiavať certifikát ITIL.

  • Pred uplynutím platnosti certifikátu ITIL môžete opätovne absolvovať tú istú skúšku.
  • Môžete absolvovať ďalšie kurzy a certifikáty, ktoré však musia byť zahrnuté do rovnakého balíka produktov/rodiny certifikátu, ktorý chcete obnoviť. To znamená, že na obnovenie certifikátu ITIL budete musieť absolvovať ďalšiu skúšku ITIL v certifikačnej schéme ITIL 4.
  • Certifikáciu si môžete udržiavať zbieraním a zaznamenávaním bodov CPD prostredníctvom programu CPD. Viac informácií o programe nepretržitého odborného rozvoja.

Čo sa stane, ak si neobnovím certifikát ITIL načas?

Obnovenie certifikácie ITIL: Ktorú skúšku môžem absolvovať, aby som si obnovil certifikát?

Ak sa rozhodnete obnoviť svoj certifikát ITIL absolvovaním ďalšieho kurzu a skúšky, mali by ste absolvovať skúšku v rámci toho istého produktového balíka. To znamená, že svoj certifikát ITIL nemôžete obnoviť napríklad absolvovaním skúšky PRINCE2.

Čo ak si musím obnoviť viac ako jeden certifikát ITIL?

Ak ste dosiahli viac ako jeden certifikát ITIL, prvý získaný certifikát dostane rovnaký dátum obnovenia ako posledný získaný certifikát ITIL. To znamená, že ak máte viac ako jeden certifikát z rovnakej sady produktov, budú mať rovnaký dátum obnovy.

Napríklad, ak ste získali certifikát ITIL 4 Foundation v decembri 2022 a ďalší certifikát ITIL 4 Managing Professional v januári 2023, platnosť oboch certifikátov vyprší v januári 2026, takže na udržanie platnosti oboch certifikátov stačí absolvovať a úspešne zložiť len jednu skúšku.

Bude potrebné obnovovať certifikáty ITIL v3?

Nie, keďže certifikačná schéma ITIL v3 bola od 1.januára 2023 zrušená, nie je možné na ňu uplatniť proces udržiavania. Budete musieť začať cestu ITIL 4.

With the purchase of e-learning packages with 30 days and 1 year of duration, exam doesn’t have to be necessarily taken within the closing date of the account on the e-learning platform. The validity of the exam voucher code is 12 months starting from the issue date.

During the purchase process it is possible to register data and details of each participant. 

The activation date of the package can be selected during the purchase process on our website. The days of access to the course, indicated in the title of the product, will be calculated starting from the selected date. Payment must be completed before the activation date.

30 days, 120d or 1 year are to be considered as the period, so the days, during which it is possible to access the purchased training courses on our e-learning platform. These periods start on the activation date selected during the purchase process on our webiste. The activation date can be chosen and selected within 30 days from the purchase date. If you need more flexibility, do not hesitate to contact us.  

The main difference between these packages, beyond the duration of access, is that the 30 days and 1 year packages include the exam, while the 120 days package does not include the exam.

Exam voucher code is usually issued at the activation of the e-learning course, anyway it can also be issued at the end of the e-learning course of sent after 24/48 hours from the order date. In case of purchase for exam only, exam voucher code is issued at purchase confirmation, always after the receipt of payment.
