Innføring av en Agile-tilnærming har en betydelig innvirkning på rollen som Business Analyst, på deres eksisterende ferdigheter og deres måte å jobbe på.
AgileBA® er utviklet av APMG i samarbeid med Agile Business Consortium (tidligere DSDM Consortium), og er en ny veilednings-, opplærings- og sertifiseringsordning for forretningsanalytikere som jobber i et Agile-miljø.
Forretningsanalytikeren har en kritisk rolle i et Agile-prosjektteam, og nå som stadig flere organisasjoner tar i bruk Agile tilnærminger, må vi sikre at de som utfører denne viktige rollen, har de nødvendige ferdighetene og kompetansen.

AgileBA (Agile Business Analyst) pensum og eksamener er basert på AgileBA Handbook (utgitt av DSDM). Håndboken er det første omfattende settet med veiledning, rammeverk og praksis for forretningsanalytikere som jobber med Agile-prosjekter.

Opplæringen og sertifiseringen er utformet for å gi forretningsanalytikeren de ferdighetene som trengs for å kunne samle inn, analysere, validere og forsvare kravene gjennom et Agile-prosjekt. Kurset gir også Agile Business Analyst-rollen kontekst utover det enkelte prosjektet, i forhold til organisasjonens mål og strategi, og gir ytterligere dybde og veiledning for forretningsanalyse i en Agile-kontekst.

AgileBA® Foundation-sertifisering
Dette Agile Business Analyst Foundation-kurset gir en innføring i de beste metodene og tilnærmingene for Agile Business Analysis. Ved kursets slutt vil deltakerne ha inngående kunnskap om Agile-prinsipper, og de vil vite hvordan de kan levere verdifulle løsninger i samarbeid med interessenter. Dette kurset oppfordrer Business Analysts til å implementere Agile-rammeverket i sine systemer.

With the purchase of e-learning packages with 30 days and 1 year of duration, exam doesn’t have to be necessarily taken within the closing date of the account on the e-learning platform. The validity of the exam voucher code is 12 months starting from the issue date.

During the purchase process it is possible to register data and details of each participant. 

The activation date of the package can be selected during the purchase process on our website. The days of access to the course, indicated in the title of the product, will be calculated starting from the selected date. Payment must be completed before the activation date.

30 days, 120d or 1 year are to be considered as the period, so the days, during which it is possible to access the purchased training courses on our e-learning platform. These periods start on the activation date selected during the purchase process on our webiste. The activation date can be chosen and selected within 30 days from the purchase date. If you need more flexibility, do not hesitate to contact us.  

The main difference between these packages, beyond the duration of access, is that the 30 days and 1 year packages include the exam, while the 120 days package does not include the exam.

Exam voucher code is usually issued at the activation of the e-learning course, anyway it can also be issued at the end of the e-learning course of sent after 24/48 hours from the order date. In case of purchase for exam only, exam voucher code is issued at purchase confirmation, always after the receipt of payment.
