As an update of ISO 21500:2012, ISO 21502 (Project, Programme and Portfolio Management - Guidance on Project Management) is the international standard for project management, applicable to a wide range of organizations, including public and private entities, regardless of their size or type.

The standard offers valuable guidance to assist project managers and project-based organizations in successfully delivering projects, while outlining high-level practices proven effective in project management. Participants will gain an understanding of both integrated and individual project management practices, including project oversight and direction, scope management, resource management, quality management, and other concepts.

Project Management (ISO 21502) Practitioner

How to get prepared to pass an ISO 21502 exam?

In order to take and pass ISO 21502 certification exam, a training course is not mandatory but strongly recommended.
