This training has been developed by thorough research in the latest team building techniques and practices as well as extensive personal experience.
A great part of the training is based in different role play scenarios taken from different life, sports and business situations making acquiring new skills seamless and fun.
The course will look into basic human characteristics expected in successful teams such as commitment, trust, empathy, respect. It will also focus in the internal synergy of the team and how it works with others: the big WE, adversity management, ownership, accountability and focus on results. Leadership skills and change management will also be discussed in the course.
An intake previous to the course will help set up the final content as well as prepare the participants and focus their expectations.

Basic, Advanced, Expert: levels are achieved by exposure. The longer the training the higher the level. A basic level is achieved in 1 day session. Advanced level is from 2 to 3 days with an in-course assessment. Expert level is achieved by having practical experiences by the use of highly interactive role play based simulation games of 1 or 2 days tailored to specific team’s needs.
