Certified Agile Service Manager (CASM®) is an agile operations-based qualification. It incorporates the core values and principles of the Agile Manifesto, as well as other agile concepts and practices such as DevOps, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
Certified Agile Service Manager (CASM®) exam (for RETAKE) can be purchased exclusively if the first exam attempt has not been passed. In order to purchase it, candidates must have obtained the first exam voucher through iLEARN.
DOI CASM exam format
- Duration of 60 minutes (25% extra time for candidates taking the exam in a language other than their native language)
- Open book (it is possible to use the PeopleCert OTM - Official Training Material)
- 40 multiple choice questions
- Passing score: 26/40 marks - 65%
