ITIL® v3 Foundation

The ITIL® v3 Foundation, sometimes referred also as ITIL 2011 Foundation, will introduce you to the key elements, concepts and terminology used in the ITIL® v3 service lifecycle. ITIL v3 is not the last edition of ITIL, as the last is ITIL® 4. From 1st July 2021, ITIL® v3 Foundation training and exam in English language has been withdrawn from the market. ITIL® v3 Foundation certification

The ITIL® v3 Foundation certification, sometimes referred also as ITIL 2011 Foundation certification, is automatically achieved after passing the ITIL® v3 Foundation exam. The ITIL® v3 Foundation course provides an optimal preparation to pass the exam and, therefore, to obtain the certification.

The Foundation level is a prerequisite to continue with the following levels of qualification.
 

ITIL® v3 Foundation course

The ITIL® v3 Foundation, sometimes referred also as ITIL 2011 Foundation, training course looks at the glossary and content of the ITIL® v3 framework and, in particular, the Service Lifecycle approach and the processes therein. The course prepares the participants for the exam ITIL® v3 Foundation certificate in IT Service Management.

 

PDU - ITIL® v3 Foundation

iLEARN is an Authorized Training Partner (ATP) of the Project Management Institute. Our ITIL® v3 Foundation training course provides 16 Professional Development Units (PDUs). Here below you can find more details about the PDUs allocation:

Please note that, in order to earn PDUs attending this course provided by iLEARN as an Authorized Training Partner (ATP) of PMI, the purchase of the attendance confirmation (attendance certificate) in electronic format (pdf) is mandatory. N.B.: ITIL® v3 Foundation exam IN ENGLISH was discontinued on 1st July 2021. With the purchase of e-learning packages with 7, 14, 30 and 120 days of duration, exam doesn’t have to be necessarily taken within the closing date of the account on the e-learning platform. The validity of the exam voucher code is 12 months starting from the issue date.

30, 120 or 180 are to be considered as the period, so the days, during which it is possible to access the purchased training courses on our e-learning platform. These periods start on the activation date selected during the purchase process on our webiste. The activation date can be chosen and selected within 30 days from the purchase date.
